No drop expected... property trusts currently are selling at a discount to their NTA. For CRF to be selling at $2.50 it would have to be selling at 106% of NTA.
It is likely that the gap between share price and NTA will shrink when the new entity starts trading. I would be surprised if it is trading above 80-85% of NTA i.e. which means a price target of $1.88-$2.00 per CRF security.
