Spot on - the delivery was in no way, shape or form a bouncer and it just demonisation to sell papers. Probably fair to say if it was a proper bouncer ie. bowled halfway up the pitch, then the trajectory of the ball would have been much more predictable and the outcome would have been quite different.
I hope for all concerned that Phil Hughes recovers quickly and fully, always sad to see a devastating injury occur on the sports field.
