Due to the Bairstows selections and the Graeme Thorpe selection , the English selectors and the ECB have enormous cultural problems when their mental health is so bad and their selections so putrid.
Perhaps England should be suspended from international test cricket and T20s for a while so that adequate mental health programs can be put in place.
