everyone and every team goes through adversity and right now we're riding on a high with a great culture underpinning it. The culture is so good that Captain Pat thrived through the many questions about his captaincy, and the woke Aussies, it wasn't so long ago! That type of scrutiny and team damaging stuff would have killed off the poms. Sandpapergate wasn't our proudest moment, there were genuine reasons behind it but definitely not excuses! The Aussie public had their say and we all got on with it. The poms would still be sucking their thumb in the corner of the room in the fetal position blaming everyone else and whinging, as they do.
And Davey! Look what he put up with... big thumbs up for him!
So yes, we're going okay but not without overcoming quite a lot of recent adversity!
It's all about a good culture and positive mindset, we've got it and we can always be proud of our boyz and our womens team.
