I think this is so wide of the mark. The company is busier than ever, they have just moved to a quieter communication strategy. They've clearly communicated multiple significant contracts just not announced each individually to unnecessary fanfare. Go back and read their comments about the number of major bedding customers and Pegasus.

Also consider the revenue trajectory in the financials - far more important than the limited fluff they can announce around relatively commercial in confidence industry supply arrangements.

Maybe what this company needed was less chat and more chops - I'm backing them to deliver as the financials keep snowballing.
