Lets compare news flow released for all companies for the last two weeks of June compared to the first week of July ( Ignoring end of quarter announcements ) and then tell me you cannot manage news flow. I agree its against the continuous disclosure obligation but as far as I am concerned considerable announcement management occurs amongst most companies.
