That 2nd question may seem sarcastic. ....but truly its not. It's the only conclusion I could come too.....you left no choice. Wheres your reasoning?....if you are legit.
I was under the impression that HC had a minimum age limit to sign up. I could be wrong, I'll check their terms over the weekend when I get a chance.
