Good post Ahjay.... I think there may be more than a few people on HC that need to up their understanding of the market as whole....

I think everybody would agree that most retail traders use online brokers now.. Also they are using commission free phone apps... Plus 500 and RobinHood...these guys have amassed a good portion of the recent market participants. "the covid confined millennial with a little bit of cash"

I think one of them has been spooking the halls of HC..

there are rumors that these brokers front run or trade against their customers... possible... this may explain the short interest on the 15th..

I am sure plenty of people that frequent HC would probably trade using a GUI such as this... Level 2, the DOM, the book, the ladder.. it has many names.. check out jigsaw trading...

I have mentioned before that I use a broker to execute my trades on stocks, which I feel I have some sort of emotional attachment to, or I feel needs a very long time to play out... It puts an emotional break on my thoughts... I cannot hover over the "enter" key...

There is normally quite a long time to having your trades executed the old fashioned way... It also stops you constantly looking at the price action... However one can have many different trade requests fulfilled by a broker, that will allow you to achieve your desired outcome. Based on sound reflection of the facts...
