Looks like this is destined to fall into the $3 category........growth stock gone bad will always settle at a price more relative to financial fundamentals so plenty more to be shaved off the SP on that basis.
That aside it is normal for a companies insurance company to have a close eye on the lawsuit. Often if the case is strong against them the insurance company will push for out of court settlement assuming A2M have cover for this sort of event
