It would be ABSOLUTELY a disgrace and a desperate move to try a Cap Raising now, when GBG did it and they got 25c , a few months later the share price was below the issue and the GBG directors stated" it would not be prudent to offer retail investors (us) shares at that price since it would fail" . If they tried it now I think they could be held accountable and liable to legal action!
CONFUSED Ps IMO a takeover or bankruptcy is looking likely.
