Good points, ABC was geared at close to 100% in the end!! AND acquiring at 10 times EBIT plus.
Also given staff look after a number of children I think wage rises can be shielded and also they were to rise over the next 4 years so on costing can occur in this time.
GEM just needs to maintain low EBIT purchases, and if nothing is around don't force the issue. Be patient and become a cash cow until the time is right.
