They have strong broker support. These guys seem to consistently be able to sell a good story to the brokers. That said, I believe the cap raising is very reasonable and not overly dilutive of shareholdings. I will certainly be applying.

I think a great point in their recent presentation was their unique position in brazil. Their cost of production can be so much lower due to proximity of customer base. I also believe that Brazil is a strong growth story overshadowed often by China. The nice element is there is far less sovereign risk.

Keep thinking long term and I have every confidence in this management team to build a great producing company. I think the spike in 08 to $6 has tainted the story so far.
