It does not make much sense to me either, that is why i have bought a few more this morning.
What is holding the share price back i believe is the oil price and their previous drilling problems. They claimed to have identified the reason for the drilling issues, but until they can demonstrate they have drilling under control the market will be suspicious.
I also thing that once they recommence a drilling program the market will respond. Speculators are not likely to take a punt when the company is doing nothing. They will find something else to do with their money in the short term.
A good time to accumulate in my opinion..
