What's interesting, though, is that with the last capital raising the so-called 'Sophisticated Investors' did in fact receive an e-mail from the broker offering them the shares before any announcement was released.

That information was shared with us here, and presumably because there was a trading halt it was not considered inside information, and the thread was not removed.

So what's different this time? If the information is correct then we have a right to it, and the thread should not be removed.

If it's false then those who posted giving the impression it was factual should be banned.

Time for a reason for taking it down from the Mods, and perhaps a clarification from the company.
