Someone's just dumped 10 million shares at market. To do that quantity it would be a top 20 shareholder. The question is why? My punt would be on Frank Reid reducing his position now that he's gone or maybe it's another shareholder working the price down to get a better placement price in the capital raising that will be required this quarter?
