With respect Mr Paul, if the Govt wanted to devalue not only your lifestyle but the value of your home and land by placing a freeway through your backyard would you be happy. It’s not only the concerns of safety but protecting what we have and if we are effected in a negative way we should have some say in it. Walk a mile in our shoes , as I have honestly tried to understand your ideals, I MAY be proved wrong one day, I do except that but the unsubstantiated rhetoric on here about knitting nannas stabbing away etc. lowers the level of debate and does your arguments no favours.
I do accept that, ok, 1 person acted inappropriately at the Bentley site, but put 5000 people at a football game and compare the behaviour.
