The "crime against humanity" is complete rubbish, nothing more than a petulant emotional outburst from someone with a large (for the moment) paper loss on their investment.
Sorry, you get no sympathy from me for your investment choices.
Lots of people here warned you about the risks of this company and even the red flag of class action suits against the company for misleading investors including one that was settled out of court went unheaded. You have to take your losses on the chin and move on.
As for partners, that seems doubtful. The NIH isn't "excited" to to do another Covid trial. MSB have nothing to sell with the entire intellectul property pledged as collateral for their loans. End of the month, if there is no renegotiated extension to the $30m potential loan from Oaktree with the secret milestones, the covenants will be in danger of being breached as cash assets evapourate. Even with the BoD postponing cash payments the company will be on life support.
The only good news is that Lopez is still holding a huge number of shares...
