criminal act allegation?

Andrew Robb took on Chris Bowen on Lateline tonight - and cleaned him up. Bowen looked rattled. Andrew Robb knew exactly what he was talking about, even though Jones kept talking over him as usual, and giving Bowen a better go time wise, as he always does with Labor.

Robb referred to a possible Criminal Act allegation being brought with regard to investigating an alleged leak from source unknown (although Robb hinted) related to the Coalition financial details released yesterday afternoon; these financials were audited by a highly respected private accounting firm, used by the Liberals following an alleged leak from someone in Treasury of Coalition funding information previously lodged there.

After Robb's reference, Jones, to give him his due, did query Bowen on just how Labor HAD seemed to have got hold of complex information detail very quickly soon after yesterday's Liberal financials release - and asked Bowen how Labor had come up in such a short time with rebuttals and re-worked figures and assumptions to their own interpetation, then telling the public Liberal's costings were way out according to Labor.

Suggest people look up the Lateline interview replay if available.

More dirty tricks? Time will reveal.

Andrew Robb - rock solid, and enormous integrity. I would believe him, and trust him.
