Obvious fraud, charging customers for advice that they never received, admitted it to the RC, lied to ASIC under oath, and that is criminal....resignations, you do not resign if you are not guilty, was it just poor oversight then who are the guilty parties that lied to ASIC and who are the ones who charged customers for fun? Criminal and the perpertators need to be Charged as per law of the land. Now the media is touting “possible charges”. That means NO charges will be laid and will just proves that the top end of town will protect the top end of town. Watch ASIC back off at the speed of light. This will just fade into history... you know that I am 100% calling this end game correctly. Makes me sick that there is a law that is meant to be equal for all Australians but is selectively applied.
