Why? ASIC spent 3 years investigating and could not find any reasonable grounds for any charges, let alone criminal ones. The RC was a one sided abuse of people in some cases. In some it did catch some genuine crooks. There was no criminal action by people at amp. That was the decision by asic. Tbe RC conclusions abd recommendations included some poorly justified ones. Many have not been acted on. For good reason.
