I'm not a holder but it beggars belief that across the numerous divisions that AMP has that the other board members would NOT have known about this. I understand they insulate each of the divisions as separate entities but to think NOT one of the board members had enough courage to speak out that what they were doing was immoral let alone illegal is just unbelievable and is an indication of how deeply rooted this type of behavior is across many boards in the corporate world.
So much for all the motherhood statements, vision statements etc. what are they worth?
