As I mentioned on other threads....the Police of each respective state should take over the duties of ASIC and do the investigations an complaint processes.....or the Federal Police in general...
All funds diverted from ASIC and given to the Federal and State Police forces for their own investigation units into these matters...
As ASIC is a watch dog without any teeth and on a short leash....An a law into themselves as to what is investigated....
1 case carried out in the Banking and Superfund industry in the last 10 years by ASIC is a joke of BIBLICAL proportions..... At the Australian citizens expense.....
