To be fair , incidence of even CEO's, maybe at about 3 to 4%, shouldn't blind us to the fact that 96 to 97% of them aren't.

Most research finds a high incidence of mental disorder in arsonists[in some studies approaching 50%] , but this covers a wide spectrum of problems, not just personality disorders.
The picture that comes to my mind is that of an intellectually challenged, poorly functioning, emotionally stunted individual who in his desire to lash out, lights fires and votes ScoMo, both actions perhaps symptoms of their lack of care about the welfare of the rest of humanity.
But that might just be me displaying my prejudices.

I would take issue with the line in the video that we might be responsible for the co2 effects of carbon based fuels we export .
That is no more logical than taking credit for our exports of copper as a climate change plus , to the extent that they are used in electric cars and wind turbines.
