    Thats a disaster for JC if it's him who took shares at those prices I/O cash repayment of the $250K loan to NET

    say at current price of 2.5c...loss on 7,142,857 at 1c (3.5c less current SP 2.5c) is $71,428 and balance at .34cents is $23,277..total loss of $94,705.

    Does JC know something we don't??..Cash Flow issues for him to take shares and dump on-market???
