I take that to mean as follows:
1) A third party is accumulating, or has accumulated UMC up to 8-10%
2) THX will then sell their holding (13%) to this same third party. This would allow the party to have 21%-23% easily compared to obtaining 25% on-mkt which will take months
3) Matt and Barry then say to this acquirer "come to the table as long as you have deep pockets".
Is this plausible?
Then I go on to further analysie ur comments:
a) If 25% is for $2, does this mean THX will accept $2 - what happened to the magic $3 ppl have been talking about?
b) We have known for months that scoping study has existed - why release in a dead market??? Is the third party not playing ball? Is this to try and entice the third aprty to buy?
