They didn't say that, but I guess they implied price strenght by saying a bounce in demand is inevitable in 09.

I know, in fact I did say I don't know who was right or wrong, just that more people were predicting price falls. Analysts are often wrong en mass for sure.

The thing I am most worried about right now is funding for Railway. 20% price falls in iron ore contract won't kill the project, but the bad sentiment this brings, coupled with tight credit markets... It will be very difficult to get funding on favourable terms.
