"Our market is not big enough and yes we aren't cost competitive no matter how you like to spin it"

Is the swedish market big enough to make Volvo or Scania trucks?. They are just 10 million people and their labor costs would be at least equal to Australia. Yet they sold around a quarter of a million trucks in 2022. Then add in coaches, earthmoving, trains.

Shows you can do it with a small domestic market and high labour costs. Exports are what we need. Just build a quality product and target the correct customer base. Our farming, road transport and mining for starters.

You cannot tell me that the likes of Cochlear said "nah....too small a market and it costs thousands to make each device"

Nah............we just had governments that refused to assist, and when they did assist they backed the wrong horse (6 and V8 rear wheel drive sedans)
