Welcome back Dave remeber you wanted to bet me about Perth prices. End of March quarter coming up. My prediction of 0 - 3% rise looks pretty close.
Now that was a crisis, 10% drop in prices, after the run up from 2000 it was real grim. Lucky those rents kept coming in, and well gave me the chance to buy couple more.
2011 flat but who knows this year. Had any rent increases yet.
