I am touched that you are so concerned about me. I have mixed bag of properties, some cheapies and some development sites and s couple of blocks of units. The cheapies are positively geared and went down 10% and are now back 10%. The development sites are negative and had huge gains up until 2008 then dropped 20% plus. have only come back about 5 %. The unit blocks are positve and have actually gone up 10% in last 2 years. Overall probably down 5-10% in capital gains, whilst rents have gone up 20%in last year. Plan B if all fails is sell the kids on the internet and move to a trailer park in Forrestfield. Supplement my centrelink payments with a few break ins.
