I would class it as the scam of the century.

The lies and deception must be stopped. Somebody somehow has got to make AIM accountable for taking and spending millions of shareholders dollars on themselves or wasting it by totally incompetent management.

This company needs a complete investigation.

I suppose we now have that in the form of a company virtually taking itself to court by taking action against the ex MD. But why was it allowed to reach this point. Have the board no checks and balances in terms of an MDs activity. What were they doing.

My o MY - Hollywood would love this script.

But the worry part is, based on history it will continue.
