Dear oh dear,

Hoof - I have been on HC for a few years now - and WE ARE ALL TOTAL CH^MPS - not just you! The most common signature I see at the end of most posts, is the phrase:

"Don't forget - do you own research"

But...what this debacle has taught us is that we should look at plenty more than the fine print, including:

-Directors experience, qualifications (bona fide?)
-Directors' girlfriend(s)/boyfriend(s)' luxury car preference
-Directors' offshore banking arrangements and trust account details

I wish I could make the EGM and I do remember stressing to all holders on previous occasions to press the management hard. And what happened??? - very little at the last EGM -just NS got p'ed off a bit.
