I remember when I bought a beach house about 8 years ago then a couple of years later went through hard times for about 18 months. I though about selling into a depressed real estate market to make my life easier but hang on with grim determination. Glade I did it’s now worth 10 times what I paid for it. All because I understood the quality of what I owned.
No different with flinders, the management may have made a mistake but their honesty and desire to inform the market has now been proven beyond doubt.
