    You are correct, my estimate of USD30 is for Netflix, plus the odd movie-on-demand from Vudu and for my iPad.

    FYI, broadband speed in NY can be very fast and affordable, which for streaming is perfect (for prices and advertised speeds see: http://www.rcn.com/new-york/high-speed-internet/services-and-pricing
