they may not be interested i nthe dividend. theyr ehappy to take the capital gain now. theyve been selling for a few weeks already. just bigger demand now b/c of the great value everyone can plainly see in the stock. this is a good time for them to offload. they may have to sell on policy grounds, e.g. divesting from australia or the like . who knows?
they bought in at low to mid 30's so theyre selling at a profit now.
