Lol 5/2, I've been hunting high and low for that JL quote, TY for posting.
I believe the Oeko report made a fundamental error in the initial WPL dilution that makes the whole report a joke. Note that it has not been peer reviewed independently.
Not Lynas's place to respond publicly but will be interesting to see how AELB/Lynas deal with it if it makes it to court as "evidence". No point in pre warning SMSL in how the plan to deal with it.
