As Booma said, existing HNR shareholders were all given shares in the unlisted Critical Metals when it was spun out of HNR years ago. These HNR shareholders would have a holding statement showing theIr allocation in Critical.
In addition to this, some fortunate long standing HNR shareholders were also invited to provide seed funding for the running and eventual listing of Critical Metals.
These investors with a holding statement like Booma would have each received an email recently, inviting them to purchase shares in the forthcoming IPO whereas other HNR investors must just register their interest to get priority over the non-holders of HNR.
