- Asset 100% Wolfsberg lithium mine (Zones 1 & 2)
- Asset 20% Weinebene and Eastern Alps project (held by ASX:EVR)
- Wolfsberg Zone 1, DFS: NPV $US 1.5billion, IRR 33.3%
- MoU JV with Obeikan Investment Group to build and operate a hydroxide plant in Saudi Arabia
- MoU offtake now turned binding LTA with BMW: $US 15 million upfront payment + 100% purchase of project's produced battery-grade LiOH (conditional to reaching production) for 6yrs from 2026 to 2031
- Recycling research partnership with Graz University
Thread specifically about the Wolfsberg project progress, and any further CRML activities such as further drilling, construction, permits, capital raise and funding.
Current project EBITDA (nominal LOM):
$US 5,785 Million
The other EUR mining permits, assets/activities does not apply:
- Recent acquisition of other Austria exploration sites
- Ukraine exploration sites
- Greenland exploration sites
- Australia exploration sites
- EUR shares buybacks, etc
