Why didn't you stop the environmental consultants before they (and you) wastefully spent shareholders money and lodged the plan if "you" triggered the review Paul if that was the case?
Read your own announcements leading up to this...Its a change of plan because you engaged consultants who didn't deliver the outcomes and you now need another option. Be truthful.
