I have been reading about it too. It looks as though they are targeting the battery market - Vanadium Redox Flow Batteries. Seems like a reasonable solution for power storage. While it has other uses, batteries and nuclear reactors appear to be where the money is.
Re the mine, if they have a resource, the location is good, close to rail infrastructure at Julia Creek with Cloncury and Mt Isa a little further out.
Might be worth a stab if they can get some good exposure from the lead broker. After that it's all up to the resource.
