No wonder why they were looking at acquiring OZL with that much cash and if that doesn't go ahead, they have enough to pick up a lithium giant like AKE or PLS or even ree giant LYC and crazy thing is those companies are all small compared to BHP.

And they could buy the whole of Broken Hill and surrounds if they wanted to. Lolz.

@bluesamurai the cobalt also continues to the other side of the border in North Eastern South Australia, Havlilah currently have a couple of projects just across the border, Kalkaroo which is a combined copper-gold-cobalt project containing 23.2 Kt of cobalt and OZL are looking to acquire that, and Mutooroo also a copper-gold-cobalt project with 20.2 kt of cobalt only 40 minutes away from Broken Hill.

If shareholders approve and all goes well for OZL and they do acquire 100% of Kalkaroo and BHP do successfully end up acquiring OZL, COB could have BHP next door, but then even just having OZL next door would be boost for COB.

Either way all good news for Broken Hill and surrounds, no wonder why house prices are going up there.
