it would appear to me that to be eligible for any of this funding, a company will have to be progressive and in the process of value adding to their minerals...AVL certainly fits into that criteria..Any company that is simply "dig it and ship it to China* will probably struggle to receive any. i think we will all be thankful to Vince and Co.in a couple of years time.
