I think that this would align well for PEK to attend and sign based on PEK appeasing the governments request with regards to the processing. Couple that with converting the MOU to a binding offtake with an upfront finance package from Shenghe I think in Q1 next year it would result in the project being permitted and funded by end of Q1. Permit and capex are holding it back but I think these will be sorted and then the Mcap will reflect the de risking but an entry at these prices wont be possible. They will need to raise funds next year for working capital but if this is after the BOA and financing then it will be hard to get a piece of as its going to be a cashflow monster in the future.
