The SPP will allow holders to easily top up. They could just dump them right after making a quick profit if the price does happen to trade higher, but I think a lot of them will be long term holders more likely to hold onto them exiting at a much higher price.
What ITM has targeted may prove up to be globally significant. This is the real deal.
They are in the right area, we know it is full of graphite and most importantly battery grade.
