    That's interesting. No mention of Rare Earths, but the reference to Silica/Silicon is interesting and HPA especially in the context of all the graphite in the area.

    Graphite/Silicon/HPA and copper are seen as the key materials of battery anode both now and in the future. All in close proximity to the industrial city of Whyalla and all of the associated infrastructure, plus the sustainable grid of SA. Surely you can build an efficient and sustainable business model with a bit of coordination and planning.

    Should we SA be attracting battery anode manufacturers? Potential opportunities for value through jobs/investment, mining revenues/royalties, downstream opportunities and securing battery supply chains sounds pretty attractive. These opportunities should be available right now and really are massive.
