Beware from todays "Request for Suspension " announcement, Tony Walsh at the bottom line of the first paragraph says, "expected to be released to the market on Monday, 9 December 2019".
The word " expected " to me is exactly that , could it be sooner or later that 9 December 2019 ? IMO there is no " certainty " as to when the announcement will take place and therefore trading is to resume .
This is not a down ramping as I own several nearby companies but was too late to the party with LEG.
