I would have thought that the person who is attacking , rather than those who are defending , best placed to end a war. The Russian's cease fighting and the war is essentially over. The Ukrainians cease fighting , the Russians continue the invasion , killing, raping and pillaging as they go. All good fun for the Orbans ,Sweetsounds and the rest of Putin's enablers. The pathetic myth about the war being about money is ironic when Russia is likely to go down in history as the worst kleptocracy ever.
