Nice post Nursery .I was a bit dissapointed with the distribution but very happy with the yeild for me as i have a low base.Wish it was higher for those that are caught up with high averages .I have future cash on sidelines now to buy up more when time comes my way .Thats the beauty of getting money in the door you can bank on.Cer will provide that to grow a long term holding with reduced risk now.I am looking forward to looking back at these prices in the future .
