I think the biggest factor for CER decline is declining global markets due to World bank's bleak growth forecast. I may have to hold CER for may be an extra 6 months as the global growth may get delayed by another 6 months. Since I am planning to hold long term (2 to 3 years or until Sp is above 30 cents), extra 6 months won't matter much. Yes, it may be good to be day trader with stock like CER, but I know I can't predict rise & falls as you are able to do it.
