Yak, a lot of people are thinking the same thing as you as can be seen for the size of the bids at 53c. There are about 24 million wanted at 53c at the moment.
The only problem is that if sanity doesn't prevail and the takeover is rejected, ECP will fall to at least 38c in my opinion.
