    Your post make sense if you start mining at 340m underground and work your way up to the surface!
    The RREs and metals are in the eudialyte, so when that is magnetically separated you need to multiply the whole rock grade by 2.5 assuming eudialyte is 20% of the ore. That's 1.2% RREs, 10% Zr, etc. The scarse heavy rare earths Dy & Tb make up 30% of the magnetic rare earths in eudialyte, whereas the monazite deposits you quote contain ony 5% heavy magnetics and have low recovery rates.
    Eudialyte also has valuable Zr, Nb Ta, Hf, etc. There is also, gallium, valuable Na feldspar and other markable minerals.
    If you have provided ETM / GGG with advice in the past, it is not surprising they have wasted most of the $550 m spent to date without getting a mining licence.
    Why this incoherent uninformed obsession with Tanbreez and GGB?
